Service Terms and Assumption of Risk
By booking services with Virginia’s Pet Care, the client acknowledges that pet care involves inherent and unpredictable risks, including illness, injury, escape, changes in behavior, interactions with people or other animals, and damage caused by the pet.
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, the client releases Virginia’s Pet Care from claims arising from these inherent risks or from ordinary negligence in providing the agreed services. This release does not apply to gross negligence, reckless conduct, willful or wanton misconduct, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be waived.
The client agrees to provide complete and accurate information concerning the pet’s health, medications, behavioral history, aggression, bite history, escape tendencies and care requirements. The client remains responsible for harm or expenses resulting from inaccurate or omitted information, the pet’s behavior, or defective equipment or property conditions supplied or maintained by the client.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start of service are subject to the cancellation fee stated during booking.
